Solyco Wealth operates independently of Solyco Core Partners and its other affiliates. However, Solyco Core Partners owns a majority interest in Solyco Wealth. While Curtis Trimble, President of Solyco Wealth, maintains sole control over Wealth’s day-to-day operations, asset allocations, and securities selections, clients and prospective clients of Solyco Wealth should be aware that inherent conflicts of interest exist between Solyco Wealth and Solyco Core Partners. These entities could compete for resources, including investment and human capital. Solyco Wealth also anticipates that many of its clients also will be clients of Solyco Core Partners and its affiliates.
Trimble retains an economic interest in Solyco Core Partners and may receive additional compensation from that company and/or its affiliates for past services rendered and future consulting services provided independent of and entirely unrelated to the operations of Solyco Wealth. While Curtis Trimble serves full-time as President of Solyco Wealth, clients should be aware of the potential conflict of interest for Curtis Trimble’s services with Solyco Core Partners.
